Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cookies

Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Cookies

One of the number one topics in the Weight Watchers groups I'm in is meal plans, especially for those who only get 23 points each day. With the extensive list of zero point foods, technically we could do zero point days and still get all the nutrients we need. But Weight Watchers is about living life, and not having to be on a DIET.

Check out my other low point meal plans while you're here.

Weight Watchers Meal Plan for 23 Points a Day

Weight Watchers Meal Plan for 23 Points a Day

I've created these free meal plans for Weight Watchers to help you stay on track and to help motivate you in case you've fallen off the wagon as we all do from time to time. Taking the guesswork out of meal prep and planning is the goal here. Please leave your comments and questions below, and I'll try to answer them!

Related: Low Point Dressings

If you get more than 23 points, awesome! Simply add in some extra Weight Watchers snacks, cook with healthy fats to add points, or add nuts or other high point items in moderation to enhance the flavor and point value of your meals. Heck, you could even have one of these low point alcoholic drinks. My favorite is the margarita.

And, if you only get 23 points but still want that drink, go ahead and have it! Just fill up on zero point foods for one of your meals, so you don't go over your points. Or, use your weeklies if you have any left. I've had the best results with Weight Watchers when I eat my weeklies. Read this post to find out if you should eat your weeklies.

Weight Watchers Point System

If you're new to Weight Watchers, you may not know how the points work. Start with this list of zero point foods, and build your day from there. If Weight Watchers isn't in the budget, try iTrackBites It's a super cheap version of the Weight Watchers app, but you can choose ANY plan instead of only being able to do the Freestyle program. If you choose to do PointsPlus or SmartPoints, there are also many free calculators online.

Keep in mind, there is no Weight Watchers food. This is not a diet. It truly is a lifestyle change, and you can follow it for life, with great success – without depriving yourself.

23 Points a Day Meal Plan

I like to divide my points up evenly between meals on some days and eat higher points in the morning on other days. However, you divide your points up is totally up to you. Feel free to switch some of the days or meals around, or substitute for your favorites. The beauty of Weight Watchers is that it's 110% customizable by you. These plans are just to get you started and to help make your journey easier, especially during those busy weeks.

I allow up to most of my points for snacks and small meals throughout the day because I eat six times a day rather than just three meals. Because of this, you'll see the days add up to very few points on average. I like some wiggle room if I want to have ice cream, too.

One of my favorite in-between meal snacks is hard-boiled eggs, which are zero points. This leaves plenty of wiggle room if I want a higher point drink or snack when I go out with friends in the evening.

Servings can be small, so up your point intake by eating a double serving if you're still hungry.

Another thing: I like to utilize leftovers as often as possible! Use my Weight Watchers recipe index to find more recipes if you don't want leftovers.

Tiger Woods Wife Outrun Video Game

Tiger Woods Wife Outrun Video Game

Tiger Woods 'adultery' turned into game 1
Elin Nordegren chases Tiger Woods with a golf club in the flash internet game "Tiger Hunting."

MANILA, Philippines - Tiger Woods's marital woes have inspired an internet game.

The Flash game titled "Tiger Woods Wife Outrun" or "Tiger Hunting" plays like a racing game where a caricature of Tiger Woods rides a black vehicle-- along with a brunette woman who plays his mistress-- and has to outrun his wife Elin Nordegren-Woods, who is wielding a golf club.

Players must avoid obstacles on the road like babies in diapers, carboard boxes, fire hydrants, trees, golf trophies, a bag of golf clubs, potholes, garbage cans and rocks.

The player who avoids obstacles in the longest amount of time gets the highest score.

When a player runs over too many obstacles on the road, the Nordegren character catches up with the car and proceeds to bash the winshield, along with Woods's face, with a golf club.

Once a player runs over 7 or more obstacles, a score window pops up saying "This situation is my fault, and it's obviously embarrassing to my family and me... I will certainly make sure this does not happen again."

The statement echoes a similar statement made by Woods on his official website after news of his affairs surfaced.

As of posting, "Tiger Woods Wife Outrun" has been played 2,666,975 times on gaming site www.break.com.

'Transgressions'

The game pokes fun at Woods's recent run-in with the law after he crashed his car against a fire hydrant and a tree while backing out of his driveway at an Orlando, Florida suburb.

The top golfer's wife, former model and nanny Elin Nordegren, was reported to have broken the car's rear window with a golf club to extricate him.

Shortly after the incident, US entertainment tabloids reported that the Woods couple were having marital problems caused by the golfer's multiple affairs with other women.

Woods admitted in a statement that he had committed "numerous transgressions."

Women who claim to have had sex with Woods on various occasions provided entertainment media some purportedly taped messages and testimony of the golfer's sexual encounters.

Woods, the youngest and fastest golfer to win 50 tournaments on tour, recently announced he was taking an "indefinite leave" from golf, reportedly to sort out his family problems.

I'm trying to figure out what the top speed of my stock 2008 650 should be. I'm only getting about 30mph, but is going into the shop for a tune up. It's getting the carb checked. I put a new air filter on yesterday, today it's a new spark plug. And oil change after the mechanic looks at it. I'm no mechanic, just the basics for me, what should the mechanic check?

Are you hitting the rev limiter when you're topping out? You should get 45 at least. How many miles are on the rig? If your belt is worn you would have less top end.

I was 45 stock, 52-55 with the Dynatek cdi. About 7800 RPM'S. after the belt and clutch change 40-45 at about 6000 RPMS, still trying to figure what killed my RPM's.

Alex Zanardi

Four-time Paralympic gold medallist Alex Zanardi has "started talking" again and "communicated with his family".

This was the latest assessment of Zanardi's condition by Federica Alemanno, a neuropsychologist at the San Raffaele hospital in Milan.

The Italian icon, who won two gold medals in Para cycling at both London 2012 and Rio 2016, is undergoing treatment at the hospital after sustaining serious injuries from a handcycling crash in June last year.

According to Italian newspaper Corriere della Sera, Zanardi underwent "awake surgery" - a procedure used by neurosurgeons to preserve and test the patient's brain function.

"It was a great emotion when he started talking, nobody believed it," said Alemanno.

"He was there, and he communicated with his family."

Zanardi continues to show signs of improvement in his recovery as some of his senses reportedly returned last month.

Doctors confirmed the 54-year-old was able to shake hands on demand and raise his thumb to signal "okay".

Zanardi's wife, Daniela Manni told La Stampa: "He does things, but not always.

"There have been steps forward, and there have been steps backwards.

"His is a very long journey."

Zanardi was placed in a medically-induced coma after colliding with a road vehicle during a race near Siena in June 2019.

He was moved to a rehabilitation centre only to return to hospital in late July, where he underwent a fourth brain operation.

In September, it was confirmed Zanardi had surgery "aimed at craniofacial reconstruction".

Two months later, San Raffaele hospital said Zanardi had "reached a physical and neurological condition of general stability".

Zanardi competed in Formula One and motorsport series during the 1990s.

In 2001, while racing in the Championship Auto Racing Teams, he suffered a life-changing accident and lost both legs.

Following the accident, Zanardi was fitted with two prosthetic limbs and after competing at the World Touring Car Championship turned to Para-cycling.

Zanardi has won six Paralympic medals, including four golds and two silvers.

He won road time trial golds at London 2012 and Rio 2016 as well as mixed team relay gold in Brazil and a road race gold in 2012.

2011 Bmw M3 Frozen Black Special Edition

2011 Bmw M3 Frozen Black Special Edition

How can something get hotter when it's frozen? Easy: when it's a "frozen" BMW M3. Like the 30 Frozen Gray Edition M3s that BMW offered last year, the Frozen Black Edition is a limited-run two-door, although just 20 will be served up this time around. Every Black will be equipped with the Competition package, BMW's M-DCT dual-clutch transmission, and a black leather interior with red stitching. The paint is a matte-finish metallic black, accented by red brake calipers and gloss black wheels and body trim (grille inserts, window moldings, exhaust tips).

The Frozen Black Edition comes loaded with pretty much everything else on the M3 options list, including the Premium Package 2 (power-folding auto-dimming mirrors, universal garage-door opener, power front seats, carbon leather interior trim, interior mirror with compass, BMW Assist with Bluetooth), the Convenience package (alarm system, keyless entry, rear park-distance control, voice-activated navigation, iPod and USB inputs), heated front seats, satellite radio, and the BMW Individual Enhanced premium sound system. The package, BMW says, is intended to celebrate the arrival of a whole line of "Frozen" paint colors to the BMW Individual customization program.

Want one? Get on the horn to 1-800-245-4269 at exactly 11:30 a.m. Eastern on Thursday, June 16, and be prepared to shell out $81,825. If you're one of the lucky 19 to get through—one example is being held back for possible sale at a later date; hello, auction!—by the end of the summer, you may have one of the coolest E90 M3s ever built.

The DR750S Big started out as a racing bike and then became a popular big single off-roader. To put it in its time context, the DR came out in Europe at the very end of the 80s. The Yamaha Tenere, Cagiva Elefant et al, were racking in the sales, the Paris-Dakar was as popular in Europe as deodorant and everyone was making massive trailies that defied logic, comprehension, and most of the time, the riders who chose to straddle them as well.

While the DRs rally record was far from ideal, sales were good. And it isnt hard to see why. The bike I am about to ride, for instance, has survived the past two decades and more with almost no sign of wear and tear, with the help of a caring owner no doubt. And while a lot of bikes that old seem a bit faded and furry around the edges, the DR is as sharp as the tang of tequila in the back of the throat, and as I was about to find out, about as intoxicating as well. But before we go off roosting into the wilderness (a scary thought, since all my riding skills in the dirt are worth nought), let us just examine the bike a bit. You will already have noticed the GS-style twin mudguards a flat, short one on top just below the headlamp, and another one just above the front tyre. This particular motorcycle came wearing dual duty tyres front and rear, but full-knobblied DRs are, or rather were, supposed to be quite formidable in the right hands in Rally Raids of yore.

The massive tank hides what used to be the worlds largest single cylinder motor. The DR750S Big boasted a 727cc air/oil-cooled four-stroke single featuring an SOHC four-valve head layout. The big thumper produced 52 bhp (at 6600rpm) and an impressive 5.8 kgm of torque at a middling 5500 rpm. Also known as the Desert Express, the 179 kg juggernaut could pummel through the scenery at a frankly scary 150 kph, using its sheer weight and girth to pound ruts, bumps and holes into submission.

Which was all fine, only I couldnt start it. Thumbing the starter would crank the motor over, but it wouldnt catch. Then Raju showed me what looked like a second, slightly smaller clutch lever, above the full-size one. Decomp? Thats right. Starting the DR involves holding down the decomp with all your might, engine kill switch and ignition in the On position and then cranking it. And the moment you hear the first screech from the ignition you let the decomp go like youd dump the clutch for a wheelie.

The big single thuds into life quite readily once you know the trick and it sounds intimidating. Theres a big-inch bass note that is really nice to hear. At idle, the thuds are closely spaced and send little shivers into your palms through the grips. Its alive, I tell you.The gearbox is Suzuki-slick snick first, clutch out and youre off. In a hurry. The big motor obviously makes substantial torque from the off and it will catch you out if youre not careful. My task was to ride to the shoot location, which was across a dirt dam of sorts that rings a small lake on the outskirts of Pune. Yes, they handed me a big single, on my least favourite surface. And to help me out, instead of choosing a large, flat field with lots of run-off space, they hand me a two-metre wide rut, on top of a sixteen-foot tall bund. Framed perfectly by a deep, blue lake on one side and dense vegetation on the other (no doubt hiding all manner of sharp rocks, blood-thirsty wild animals and that sort of thing). My confidence, ebbing quickly, was restored by the Big, though. I remembered enough to stand up and stay on the throttle to get out of trouble.I did just that, and the road became a laugh. At a steady seventy kph in third, the DR rumbled away with no stress. Even I was impressed with the dust trail I had just created. And for that moment, Id forgotten my deeply rooted fear: I was going to lob this thing, myself in tow, into the lake.

Not wanting to let go of the confidence that I kept the throttle open, feeling the bike buck. Ever so often, the rear tyre would spin on a looser stretch, before the torque, weight and momentum dragged it back into line. The long travel suspension soaked up the worst of the rocky-dusty surface. Hell, it made me look like a hero. Until it was time to stop, that is. The 890 mm seat height hit home like a well-aimed Lennox Lewis roundhouse. As I gingerly fingered the front brake, down shifted to a crawl, I wondered if my feet would reach the ground. Maybe I wasnt going to toss it into the lake the days disgrace would come by pinning myself firmly and painfully under the bike. Thankfully, it worked itself out. And I didnt drop dead, from embarrassment or otherwise.

Later, I had the opportunity to ride the bike on properly tarmac-ed roads. Which was an eye-opener of sorts. The sheer weight of the bike, so obvious on the dirt (in good and no-so-good ways), seems to disappear somewhat and makes the DR quite enjoyable in a sort of lazy-tourer sort of way. At about 130 kph, the bike seems to float elegantly atop the tarmac, effortlessly thumping away the miles.

Later, I found that the Internet was full of stories of how the DR was best ridden leisurely and deliberately, on the road and off it. It wasnt the sort of bike you set lap times with, off-road or at Spa and it certainly didnt like being pushed around too much. Unless you were Gaston Rahier, of course, in which case you could drag it kicking and screaming to Lac Rose.

Like Suzukis Dakar record, the Big would fade into motorcycle history, though. It would get replaced by a marginally more powerful 779cc dual carb DR800. However, Suzuki would simultaenously work on other DR models reaching from 125cc to the full-options 800. The 650 and the 400 would become the most popular of the lot. Riders would find that the middle displacement models were a neat compromise between the small one and the Big.
